气门盘部凹槽结构对其应力分布影响的研究

摘    要:采用有限元方法建立气门盘部凹槽参数化模型,运用ANSYS对气门进行热应力耦合分析,研究气门盘部凹槽设计参数对其盘部凹槽位置和过渡圆弧部分应力分布的影响。结果表明:与气门凹槽弦长和弧高相比,气门盘部凹槽半径对其应力分布的影响最大,研究结果可为气门的失效分析和结构设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:By using the finite element method and building parametric model of valve plate,applying ANSYS to the valve for thermal stress coupling analysis,the effect of the stress distribution of the design parameters of valve groove on plate and transition arc part has been investigated.The results show that compared to the groove chord length and sagitta parameters,the radius of the valve groove greatly affects its stress distribution.The researchers can provide theory basis for the failure analysis and the groove ...
