| 摘 要： | 网络计划技术是运筹学的一个分支,该技术在项目管理上得到了广泛应用。但这项技术在大型体育活动中的应用不多,这方面的理论研究也远远不够。通过对高校田径运动会比赛项目进行分析后,把比赛项目绘制成网络图,找出关键路线,进而进行时间-资源优化,经实际操作后,证明网络计划技术应用于体育运动会编排能收到较好的效果。

| Abstract: | The network planning is a branch of the operational research technology, and this technology is extensively used in the project control. But its application in the large-scale gym activity is not prevailing, and its theory is not studied adequately. By analyzing ordinary college track and field sports, drawing out the network picture, and working out the key route, the paper proves that the network planning technology employed in sports meeting to arrange the items will create a better effect. |
