| 摘 要： | 讨论了几种环氧树脂水性化技术，通过比较后采用化学法改性环氧树脂，即采用环氧树脂与丙烯酸树脂成盐的方法，制得水性环氧丙烯酸树脂。该树脂兼具环氧树脂和丙烯酸树脂的优点，不但附着力好，耐腐蚀性强，而且具有良好的耐水性和耐光热性能。涂膜可室温固化，硬度适中，耐冲击性好。根据实际实验结果，讨论了诸种因素对乳液性能的影响。

| Abstract: | Several water solved techniques of epoxy are presented and compared, among that the chemincal way is adopted to modify the epoxy resin. An epoxy modified acrylic emulsion was prepared at the presence of salt formed by epoxy resin and acrylic resin. The resulted aquecus resin has advantages of both epoxy resin and acrylic resin. It is high adhesive and resistant to corrosion, water, light and hot. The coating can be solidified in room temperature, and has proper hardness and good impacting resistance. Basing on experiment results,fators influencing the emulsion properties were discussed. |
