基于AHP的教师教学质量评价体系

摘    要:高等教育的关键是人才质量,随着对高校人才质量要求的不断提高,教育教学改革的主要任务之一便是如何评价高校教师的教学质量。高校教师的教学过程涉及诸多因素,各种因素的实施决定了教学质量的高低。其中,除了教师本人的知识水平还取决于教师在实施教学过程中的发挥以及教学对象的配合等等。如何给每个因素一个客观、科学的定量权值,并且应用这些权值对教学过程给出一个整体评价,这是文章所研究的问题。

Abstract:The key to higher education is the quality of talent.As for the requirements of college talent quality continue to increase,one of the main tasks of education and teaching reform is to evaluate university teachers' teaching quality.University teachers' teaching process involves a lot of factors,and various factors' play determines the level of teaching quality.Which,in addition to teachers own knowledge levels also depends on teachers talents to bring their skills into full play during teaching processes as well as their teaching objects' coordination etc..How to give each factors an objective,scientific quantitative weights,and the application of these weights to give an overall evaluation on the teaching process,which is the need to explore in this article.
