| 摘 要： | 在三氯化铝催化下 ,以 4-羟基联苯为原料 ,与三氯乙酰氯进行酰基化反应合成了 4-羟基 - 4′-三氯乙酰基联苯 ,经氨解反应得到 4-羟基 - 4′-联苯甲酰胺 ,进而用氯化亚砜脱水制得 4-羟基 - 4′-联苯腈 ,总收率达 5 6% ,纯度≥ 99%。

| Abstract: | Hydroxy 4′ trichloroacetylbiphenyl was prepared by the Friedel Crafts acylation of 4 hydroxybiphenyl with trichloroacetyl chloride in the presence of aluminium chloride, the acylated compound reacted with ammonia to form 4 hydroxybiphenyl 4′ carboxamide, and which was dehydrated with thionyl chloride to obtain 4 hydroxybiphenyl 4′ carbonitrile. The total yield is 56%, and the assay is more than ≥99%. |
