摘    要:采用新型催化剂钛酸四异丙酯(TPT)对偏苯三酸酐和2-乙基己醇酯化合成增塑剂偏苯三酸三异辛酯(TOTM)的连续工艺进行了研究,确定了连续酯化流程操作条件,使得偏酐的转化率达到99.98%以上,并利用模拟计算确定了汽提工序的操作条件。

Abstract:Continuous esterification process for producing tri(2-ethyl)hexyl trimellitate (TOTM) by using 2-ethylhexanol (EH) and trimellitic anhydride (TMA) as raw materials and tetra(iso-propyl) titanate as catalyst was studied. Based on reaction kinetics, the process flow diagram of continuous esterification and reaction conditions were determined. The conversion of trimellitic anhydride was over 99. 98%. The stripping column was designed to remove water in recycle procedure and the optimum operation condition was obtained.
