抗氧剂对维生素A纳米水分散体稳定性的影响

摘    要:研究了抗氧喹(EMQ)、叔丁基对羟基茴香醚(BHA)、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)4种抗氧剂对维生素A纳米水分散体稳定性的影响。将不同组合抗氧剂的维生素A纳米水分散体放入50℃的恒温干燥箱中进行加速实验,在1 d、3 d5、d后测定纳米水分散体中维生素A的剩余含量。结果表明,抗氧剂BHT+TBHQ组合的抗氧化效果为佳,加速实验5 d纳米水分散体中维生素A的剩余含量仍可达80%以上。

Abstract:The effects of four kinds of antioxidants,EMQ,BHA,BHT and TBHQ,on stability of vitamin A nano-dispersion were investigated.Different combinations of antioxidants were added in vitamin A nano-dispersion,and the accelerated testing was carried out in accelerating chamber at 50℃.The remaining content of vitamin A in nano-dispersion was determined by high performance liquid chromatography after 1,3 and 5 days.The results showed that the combination of two antioxidants(BHT+TBHQ) was better for the stability of vitamin A and the remaining content of vitamin A in dispersion accelerated for 5 d was more than 80%.
