泵控马达系统微机控制的实验研究

摘    要:结合自动控制理论研究了泵控马达系统的微机控制。设计了PID控制器和模型参考自适应控制方案,实验结果表明,当系统参数不变时,这两种控制器都能很好地工作。当系统参数变化较大时,模型参考自适应控制器的性能显著优于PID控制器。

Abstract:Pump controlled motor electrohydraulic servo systems are much used in circumstances where high power drive is needed. This kind of system has the advantage of energy-saving. But, it also has some defects that have to be improved. Microcomputer control of a pump controlled motor electrohydraulic servo system is studied. A PID controller is first adopted on the closed loop control system, and experimental results are obtained. Then, a model reference adaptive controller is designed and realised on the same system applying a single board microcomputer. Experimental results show that the dynamic properties of the adaptive control system is much better than those of the PID system under different inertia load conditions.
