| 摘 要： | 双歧杆菌是人和动物肠道内重要的生理活性菌之一,双歧杆菌具有抗菌、防癌、增强免疫力、降低胆固醇等生理功能,还有预防、治疗疾病,营养和保健等功效。目前双歧杆菌制剂已经被广泛应用于保健食品和医药等领域,且仍有广泛的发展前景。双歧杆菌是人体内具有调节肠道功能的有益菌,合理开发利用具有很大的潜力和广阔的前景。
