摘    要:随着房地产市场不断成熟,竞争日益加剧。顾客价值被认为是企业竞争优势的新来源。通过对顾客价值内涵的理解和房地产顾客价值构成的分析,针对房地产顾客消费决策四个阶段,提出提升房地产顾客价值的具体对策。

Abstract:With the real estate market's getting mature, the competition becomes intensified. The customer value is considered as the new origin of enterprise's competitive advantage. Based on the four phases of customer's purchase decision-making, strategies of promoting customer value in real estate are proposed through the study of the connotation of customer value and the analysis of the customer value in real estate.
