女生中跑测考产生不良心态的原因及对策

通过实际观察、问卷调查,发现女生在中跑测考前心理状态不良。其主要原因是,身体素质差,对该项目的特点适应性不强,教学也不得法。因此,应当调整教学强度,对学生进行终身体育理论教育,品质教育,使其完善个性,改变不良心态,提高教学质量。

Through practical observation and questionaire for the girl students in the test of middle - distance race, the findings show that their psychology is unusual. The main reasons lie in poor physique, poor adaptability to this item, and unproper teaching method. So, teaching intensity should be adjusted life -long PE theory and quality education for students should be carried out,so as to better students' personality, change their ill - psychology and improve the teaching quality of PE.
