大功率LED光源驱动电路的设计

摘    要:驱动电源是大功率 LED光源设计的关键技术,利用 SD6900为主控芯片,设计制作一款AC—DC非隔离恒流驱动的大功率 LED灯的电源电路。该电路输入交流电压220 V,恒流输出450 mA,具有功率因素补偿、电源过压/欠压保护、输出短路/开路保护/过温保护、电磁辐射污染小等优点。

Abstract:Drive circuit is the key technology of high-power LED lighting.An AC—DC drive cir-cuit with non-constant current was designed with SD6900 as its main controlling chip.It has the constant output current 450 mA with the input power supply AC 220 V.Moreover,it has the fol-lowing functions:power factor compensation,overvoltage/undervoltage protection,short/open circuit protection,high temperature protection and low electromagnetic pollution.
