摘    要:对于多进多出的顺序输送管道,在输送计划一定的情况下,管道的动力费用仅与各站的增压或减压值有关。以管线全线动力费用最少作为目标函数建立了数学模型,并将其分解为两个阶段进行求解:第一阶段为不考虑设备特性的理想状况下最佳开泵方案的确定,采用逆序水力坡降平移法进行求解;第二阶段是在前一阶段的基础上,根据节流损失最小的原则确定各泵及减压站的增减压值,并转化为线性规划问题求解。与传统的动态规划方法相比,两阶段优化法在保证计算准确度的前提下,具有原理简单、计算速度快、易于程序化等优点,已应用于《兰成渝成品油管道运行管理系统》软件中,并在该管道的投产方案制定、试运投产和管线的正常运行管理过程中发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:To a batch pipelining with multi-inlets and multi-exits,When the transportation plan fixed,the pipeline's power consumption only depends on increased or decreased pressure in each station.Mathematical model used the total energy cost being minimum as objective function was established.The model was divided into two stages.The first one was calculating the optimizing scheme in the case of a perfect condition without considering the characteristics of devices.In the solving method of this stage,the inverted sequence hydraulic gradient translational algorithm was used.Based on the first one,the second stage was calculating the process parameters according to the principle of minimizing the total loss of choke energy.It is a typical linear programming problem.Compared with the dynamic programming method existing,two stages optimizing method have more advantages such as simpler theory,faster calculating speed, easier to be programmed and so on.It has been used in "the management system of the Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing products pipeline" and played an important role in the put-into-production period and normal operation course.
