催化裂化原料预处理工艺

摘    要:用液固相催化法对催化裂化原料进行预处理,原料中的碱氮、总氮、残炭、胶质等都大大地下降。预处理后原料在小型流化床催化裂化装置上进行反应,在相同的操作条件下,处理后原料与未处理原料相比,催化裂化汽油收率提高1%~2%,焦炭产率下降0.5%~0.8%,未反应重油下降1%~2%。经适当的工艺组合可以使该过程应用到催化裂化工艺中。

Abstract:Liquid-Solid phase catalysis is used in the pretreatment of FCC feedstock. The basic nitrogen,total nitrogen,carbon residue and gum are decreased obviously. The feedstock of pretreatment reacted in the miniactor of catalytic cracking fluid bed, compared with the untreated feedstock, the gasline yield increases 1% to 2%, the coke yield decreases 0.5% to 0.8%, unreacted heavy oil decreases 1% to 2%, under the same operation conditions. This process will be used on FCC by conbined technology.
