| 摘 要： | 通过采用壳聚糖膜和海藻酸钠膜对银杏种核进行保鲜研究。分析银杏在贮藏过程中失重,呼吸强度,霉变以及营养成分的变化来研究保鲜效果,结果表明用壳聚糖制成涂膜液的保鲜效果较好。

| Abstract: | This paper studes the storage method of ginkgo biloba seeds in normal atmospheric temperature.The method is coating preservation.Through the study of the ginkgo biloba seeds' weight loss,respiration intensity,mildewing and the losing of nutrient component during storage,coating preservation is proved to be a comparative good method in keeping the freshness of ginkgo biloba seeds. |
