基于RS-485电子雷管起爆网络和通讯协议的设计及实现

摘    要:针对电子雷管起爆需要的安全性、可靠性及同步性,采取基于RS-485总线方式组建分布式电子雷管起爆网络,对系统的工作机制、协议和采取的关键措施进行描述,由于雷管能量维持短暂性,制定通讯协议把群发命令的瞬时性和查询命令的可靠性结合起来,同时考虑起爆命令前从机受控性和命令后相对独立性,保证起爆网络能稳定可靠地起爆电子雷管。从最终的试验结果看.该系统满足设计要求.是一种较为完善的起爆网络。

Abstract:In accordance with the detonating networks of electronic detonator's requirements, the system must have security, reliability and synchronization. The composition of detonating system took a distributed network based on RS -485 bus. And the network composition and working processes, protocol and the key measures to be taken in the system are described in detail. Because of the detonator's energy maintains transiently, combination of mass command'transient and query command' reliability in the development of communication protocols,and the combination of slave' manipulation and relative independence in detonating command is sent before or after, which is to ensure that the system can stably and reliably detonate electronic detonators. Then the system can meet the design requirements in the final test results, which is a relatively perfect firing network.
