钽、铌及其合金铸锭的超声波检测研究

摘    要:运用汕头超声研究所生产的CTS2020数字型探伤仪和直径为准10~30 mm,频率为2-5 MHz的纵波直探头对钽、铌及其合金铸锭进行超声波检测,剖样分析得出各种铸锭缺陷对声波的影响,进而总结超声波波形对应的缺陷的形状和类型.通过相关实验并结合大量的剖解缺陷分析研究结果表明,对外径为准97.5~153 mm的钽、铌及其合金铸锭使用该法检测是可行可靠的,并具有探伤效率高,工作量小的优点,值得推广.

Abstract:Using numeric ultrasonic flaw detector,CTS2020,which probe diameter is 10 to 30 mm,and work frequency is 2 to 5 MHz,made in Shantou Institute of ultrasound,tantalum,niobium and their alloy ingot is tested.Influence is obtained from split sample analysis on variety of ingot defects to acoustic wave,and then,the shape and type of shortcomings is summed up corresponding to ultrasonic waveforms.After test and defect analysis of a lot of dissection,results show the method is feasible and reliable to tantalum,niobium and their alloy ingots which outer diameter rang is 97.5 to 153 mm,and it is worthy to be popularized that the method has high efficiency to detection and the advantages of small amount of work.
