摘    要:针对玉米酒精废水高浓度、难处理的特点,采用中温两相厌氧工艺对其进行处理.将水解酸化作为预处理反应器,改良UASB作为产甲烷相反应器,研究了水解酸化一改良UASB系统的最佳运行条件及处理效果.正交试验表明,总进水pH值、改良UASB的HRT及上升流速3个参数的主次关系为改良UASB上升流速、改良UASB的HRT和总进水pH值.在最优参数pH值为6.0、改良UASB的HRT取24h、改良UASB的上升流速取0.4 m/h的条件下,水解酸化工艺的负荷缓冲和厌氧酸化作用显著,改良UASB系统对COD,NH4+-N和TP的平均去除率可分别达79.95%,19.54%和22.15%,整个系统对玉米酒精废水的适应性较强,为后续的好氧处理奠定了良好基础.

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of high concentration and refractory of corn alcohol wastewater, using mesophilic two - phase anaerobic process, hydrolysis acidification and improved UASB, treated it. The hydrolysis and acidification as pretreatment reactor and modified UASB as methanogenic phase. Studied the best operating conditions of the system and investigated the treatment effect under optimal operating parameters. Orthogonal test results indicate that the optimal value of HRT of improved UASB, upflow velocity of improved UASB and pH of general influent is 24 h, 6.0 and 0.4 m/h. The primary and secondary relationship of the factors is upflow of improved UASB, HRT of improved UASB and pH of general influent. Steady operation results under optimal parameters show that this system can be well adapted to corn alcohol wastewater. Hydrolysis and acidification have well buffering effect and anaerobic acidification. Improved UASB for COD, NH4 -N, and TP average removal rates were 79.95% , 19.54% and 22.15%. While the entire system was running well, so it laid a good foundation for subsequent aerobic treatment.
