摘    要:针对输电线路的风振灾害监测,研制了一套基于ZigBee技术的多变量无线监测系统.系统的下位机由中央控制模块、射频传输模块、传感器模块和电源管理模块组成;采用低功耗16位单片机MSP430为主控芯片,实现了数据采集与传输.系统上位机通过TTL转接和无线数传模块进行串口通信.经实验室与现场应用验证,本系统抗干扰能力强,单通道采样率达1k,有效传输距离达300m,具有多工作点同步监测并向上位机实时回传数据的功能,能实现对杆塔和导线振动、动态应力/应变、风速等多参数的在线监测,为形成输电线路风振无线监测和灾害预警机制提供有效的技术手段.

Abstract:Aiming at the wind-vibration disaster of transmission line,a multivariable wireless monitoring system is develpoed based on ZigBee technology.The lower computer of the system is made up of central control module,RF transmission module,sensor module and power management module.A 16 bit MSP430 microprocessor is adopted as main control chip to perform data collection and transmission.The upper computer completes the serial communication with the TTL interface and wireless data transmission module.Based on laboratory test and field application,it is shown that this system has strong anti-interference ability with 1K sampling frequency of each channel and 300m effective transmission distance.It is able to monitor multi-operating point synchronously and return real-time data to the upper computer.The on-line monitoring of such parameters as towers and lines' vibration,dynamic stresses and strains,and wind speed is realized.The system provides effective technical means for wind vibration wireless monitoring of transmission line and early warming mechanism of wind-induced tower collapsing and other disasters.
