| 摘 要： | 通过对风险投资项目的风险影响因素的分析,提出了一个针对风险投资项目的系统风险评价指标体系,在此基础上运用层次分析法建立了相应的评价模型.通过实例验证,文中所提出的指标体系反映了风险投资的特性,所给出的风险识别与评估方法简单实用. |

| Abstract: | Through analyzing venture influential factors of venture capital project, a systematic index system of venture evaluation for venture capital projects, is presented; and then, the corresponding (evaluation) models are established by using the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the case study shows that the index system can reflect the characteristics of venture capital; and the given methods of venture identification and evaluation are practical and simple. |
