| 摘 要： | 邹县发电厂四期工程再扩建2×1 000MW超超临界发电机组,配置一座240 m高、单根排烟筒顶部出口内直径8.0 m的双管烟囱.综合经济技术指标比较,从钛合金复合钢板、耐酸胶泥砌筑耐酸砖、JNS耐硫酸露点钢板+50 mm厚内配钢丝网钾水玻璃耐酸砂浆保护层多个方案中,选择用JNS耐酸钢板钢内筒.本文介绍和分析了JNS耐酸钢板内筒的优点和施工特点.

| Abstract: | The Fourth Stage Project of Zouxian Power Plant is to re-expand two super-supercritical electric generator sets(2×1000 MW);which deploys a double-barrelled chimney with 240 m height and each top export of the exhaust cylinder has a inside diameter of 8 m.According to the comparison of aggregative economical and technological indexs,JNS acid-resisting steel plate inner barrel is chosen from a few schemes: titanium alloy clad steel plate,acid-resisting-clay-laying acid-resisting brick,sulphuric-acid-resisting dew point steel plate+50 mm protective coating which is composed by inner-placed wire mesh and potassium water glass acid-resisting mortar.This article introduces and analyses the advantages and the traits of construction work of JNS acidresisting steel inner cylinder. |
