| 摘 要： | 对平原地区煤矿堆积煤矸石征地费和运矸车电费,推出了堆积煤矸石的费用的数学模型,对分批征地和建矿初期一次性征完20年所用地进行计算,对这两种征地方式费用进行比较,得出建矿初期一次性征完所需用地是最优方案,并就不同的出矸率计算出了处理煤矸石的最低费用. |

| Abstract: | For the expenditure of purchasing land and carrying gangue of heaped-up gangue in the plain area, a mathematical model was built up about the cost of hilling up gangue. For purchasing land on batches or once at the beginning of coal mine, a conclusion is drawn out that the least expenses is needed only in the case that all land are bought once at the beginning of coal extraction. According to the different gangue production rate, the lowest cost of dealing with the gangue is worked out. |
