| 摘 要： | 结合洮河九甸峡水利枢纽导流隧洞混凝土衬砌施工实例,对比分析了2种隧洞混凝土衬砌方案的优缺点,选择了利用全液压钢模台车进行洞身混凝土衬砌.详细介绍了钢模台车的自行设计、制作安装、施工工艺及使用效果,总结出在特大断面隧洞洞身混凝土衬砌施工中,采用全液压钢模台车具有其他施工方案无可比拟的优越性.实践证明:该方案是经济、合理、可行的,为以后在同类型隧洞洞身混凝土衬砌施工提供了施工依据.

| Abstract: | This thesis analyses the advantages and disadvantanges of the program of lining building with concrete in the tunnels,based on the two examples of the draining tunnels of key water contorl projects of Tao-river and Jiudian Gorge,in which the movable steel mould plates with entire hydraulic pressure were used.In this thesis,the designing,installing,eachonogy and practical effects of the plate of this kind are introduced in detail,and the conclusion is drawn that the application of this plate in the lining building of the tunnel body with the outsized sections has the incornparable advantages to other programmes.It has been proved through practice that this programme is economical,reasonable and feasible,thus,it provides the basis for the lining building of the similar kind. |
