改革开放以来中国农村基层民主建设的成就与历史经验

改革开放以来，中国共产党始终对农村基层民主政治建设给予很大关注，并在实践中不断探索农村基层民主自治制度。认真总结我国农村基层民主政治建设的成就与历史经验，对于进一步发展和完善具有中国特色的社会主义民主政治，维护当代中国农村的社会稳定，大力推进新农村的建设，具有十分重要的意义。

The Achievements and Historical Experience of Grassroots Democracy Construction in Chinese Rural Areas

The Chinese Communist Party has attached much importance to the democracy and politic construction at the grassroots level in countries since the reform and open-up and kept on exploring the grassroots democratic self-government in rural areas in practice.This paper points out that it is essential to generalize the achievements and historical experience of the grassroots democracy and politic construction for the social stability and new socialist countryside building.
