基于汽车行驶广义费用最小的高速公路最高车速限制方法

应用多目标优化的思想提出了基于运行效率、安全性、经济性与舒适性的高速公路最高车速限制方法。以平直路段、自由流、良好的路面与天气条件下的最高车速限制值为基准值,采用数学建模与回归分析的方法分别构建了高速公路车速的时间费用函数与油耗费用函数,研究高速公路车速与事故严重程度及乘坐舒适性的量化关系,以时间费用与油耗费用之和最小为目标函数及事故死亡率和舒适度满足相应允许范围为约束条件,建立了基于汽车广义行驶费用最小的最高车速限制基准值计算模型。对模型参数进行标定后,采用极值求解的数学方法对最高车速限制基准值计算模型进行求解,给出了不同设计速度高速公路平直路段分车型的最高车速限制基准值。
