内燃机进气压力的动态测量

本文叙述了一种可以对微弱的进气压力进行检测的测量系统。在该测量系统中,利用分辨率较高的压电式压力传感器将高频波动的进气压力转变为电荷信号,再经电荷放大器将其转换为电压信号。利用现代微计算机处理技术,实现进气压力信号的分离和检测。使用该测量系统在一台6缸车用柴油机上进行了实验,结果表明,这一测量系统可以用于高速内燃机进气系统内气体压力的测量。

Dynamic Measuring of Intake Pressure in Internal Combustion Engines

In this paper a measuing system which can measure the weak signal of intake pressure in I. C. E. is introduced. Using quartz pressure transducers with higher resolution, the intake pressure waves of high frequency are converted into electric signals and then,it can he converted into voltage signals through an amplifier. With a microprocessor the seperating and checking for the signal of intake pressure can be achieved. The experiments for intake system in a 6 cylinder automobile diesel engine have been conducted by using this measuring system. The result has shown that the measuring system is suitable for the measurement of intake pressures in high speed engines.
