| 摘 要： | 从劳动价值论和效用价值论出发对自然资源是否具有价值进行了讨论，认为自然资源有价值，并总结了其分类方法，明确了自然资源的价值包括经济价值、社会价值和生态价值，其表现形式是商品价值和服务价值。对自然资源进行科学估价，尤其是对自然资源服务价值的定量估算，从而制定科学利用和保护自然资源的法律和策略，使自然资源得以持续利用。 |

| Abstract: | This paper discussed whether natural resources have values from Labor Theory of Value and Utility Theory of Value at first, then its values are defined and its are methods of classification summarized. It is definite that values of natural resources include economic value, social value, and ecological value, and representations of all these values are commodity value and service value. Evaluating natural resources scientifically, especially its service value, and establishing reasonable strategy of utilizing and protecting natural resources are a very important task for sustainable using of natural resources. |
