| 摘 要： | 在研究盲均衡算法时把非均匀量化中的压扩思想引入盲均衡算法的控制误差函数中，在ＧＳＡ算法的基础上提出一种改进算法－ＮＧＳＡ算法。并对ＮＧＳＡ算法中参数的选取进行了讨论，同时给出几种算法的模拟结果，并加以比较，证明这一算法是可行和有效的。

| Abstract: | The idea of companding in non-linear quantization is included in control error function, propose a new developmental algorithm NGSA. Here,selection of parameters in NGSA is discussed and the simulation in few algorithm is given. An interesting real-time comparison of these algorithm has been made. It dispays that the NGSA is feasible and effec-tive. |
