| 摘 要： | 技术创新扩散与技术创新扩散环境之间是一种典型的相互影响、相互作用的互动关系．技术创新扩散环境的优劣，直接影响技术创新扩散的效果．在分析了技术创新扩散环境的基础上，利用模糊评判原理对技术创新扩散环境综合评价进行了研究，给出了技术创新扩散环境的模糊综合评价模型。

| Abstract: | There exist a typical interactive relations with mutual influence and mutual action between the technical innovation spreading and its environment. The quality of the environment will directly influence on the effect of the technical innovation spreading. On the basis of analysing the technical innovation spreading environment, a comprehensive appraisal on the envionment is studied using fuzzy evaluation principles. At the same time, a fuzzy comprehensive appraising model of the technical innovation spreading is given. |
