| 摘 要： | 设计一种基于单尤片机的直流调速控制装置,装置以AT89C51单片机为核心,以小型直流电机为控制对象,实现双闭环PI控制.装置包括转速给定、转速显示、转速检测、电流检测和转速控制的硬件、软件设计,其中转速控制是通过改变三相整流电路中可控硅的移相触发脉冲来改变整流电压,进而实现调速的目的.

| Abstract: | A kind of direct current motor speed control system is designed based on the Single-Chip Computer.In this system,using the single-chip computer AT89C51 as the core part and the small-type of DC motor as the control object,a double closed-loop PI control is implemented.This instrument consists of rotation setting,display and detection,current sensing,hardware and software design for speed control.The speed control is based on the changing the rectification voltage through varying phase-shift triggering pulses of SCR in the three-phase rectification circuit in order to achieve the purpose of the speed control. |
