摘    要:给出一个混合整数线性规划用以确定最佳设施点位置,由于整合了正向物流和逆向物流,网络中与正向和逆向物流相关的设施点选址、配送、运输、退货处理、横向调度及紧急调度运输等总成本得到了最小化.给出了三种模式的电子商务闭环供应链运作模式,以第二种模式为研究对象,通过使用lingo12.0软件仿真算例,确定了物流中心的最佳位置,并得出了各节点之间的运输量,验证了模型和方法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:A single-product e-commerce closed-loop logistics network design problem with hybrid process of new products and returned products is considered.Firstly,a mixed integer linear program is presented to determine the optimal solution that characterizes facility locations,along with the integrated forward and reverse flows so that the total cost of facility location,distribution,transportation,returns processing,and horizontal and vertical transportation costs associated with forward and reverse flows in the network are minimized.Secondly,the three modes of e-commerce closed-loop supply chain are given,and the second one for the study determined the best location of the logistics center and obtained the transportation volume by using Lingo 12.0 software example simulation,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and method.
