| Abstract: | At present,the library staff members in colleges and universities of our country are short of professional dedication spirit,which directly bring down their service quality.By mentioning such aspects as reforming personnel policy,perfecting post responsibility system,strengthening assessment and training of professional ability,completing encouragement system and so on,this article deals with the methods of how to strengthen professional dedication spirit among the staff members in library. |
