掺气防止消力池辅助消能工空蚀破坏的研究

摘    要:对与消力池辅助消能工空蚀破坏有关的主要水力要素掺气浓度、时均水动压强进行了有无强迫掺气的对比试验研究,测量结果说明用挑跌坎式掺气设施促使入消力池水流强迫掺气,可以增大水跃主流区掺气浓度、减小易蚀区时均动水负压,有利防止空蚀破坏。另外,也证实了强迫掺气对改善水跃消能有利。

Abstract:Dissipation of energy with hydraulic jump is used widely in engineering. However, the cost is huge. The application of auxiliary dissipators that are used in hydraulic jump to reduce engineering cost is limited due to the cavitation damage. In this paper, the study of forcedar eation to eliminatad cavitation has been carefully completed. The areated concentration increases in the bottom layer of hydraulic jump and the side of auxiliary dissipators by forced aeration to entrain flow before the jump. Forced aeration also makes negative mean pressure decrease. But no marked change of fluctuating pressure occure. The experiment indicates that forced aeration is helpful in eliminating cavitation damage. The study shows that jump length and depth after jump are decreased by forced aeration.
