摘    要:为了获得较高的天气预报效率,提出了一种模拟生物免疫系统学习机制的免疫学习算法,并应用于天气预报中。定义了抗原和B细胞的表示方法,给出了抗原与B细胞之间亲和力的计算方法,描述了B细胞的克隆、变异、动态演化和记忆细胞的产生过程,建立了基于免疫学习算法的天气预报系统。仿真试验表明该系统同传统的基于神经网络的天气预报系统相比,预报准确率较高,为天气预报提供了一种新的解决方案。

Abstract:In order to forecast weather effectively, the paper presents an immune learning algorithm based on leaming mechanism of biological immune system. The antigens and the B-cells are defined. Computing method of affinities between the B-cells and the antigens is put forward. The process of clonal selection, mutation and dynamic evolution of the B-cells , as well as the process of producing memory cells, is described. A weather forecast system based on immune theory has thus been presented. The experimental results show that this system is superior in forecast accuracy to the weather forecast system based on neural network. The system presents a new method of using artificial immune theory to build weather forecast system.
