硫酸软骨素光度分析方法的改进

摘    要:对硫酸软骨素的水解和光度分析条件作了系统研究和筛选,优选出最佳水解条件3M盐酸和沸水浴中水解60~80分钟,水解液再按改进的乙酰丙酮-对二甲氨基苯甲醛法作光度分析,测定精确度较高,与原分析方法比较,操作简化,测定时间缩短一半。

Abstract:The conditions of the hydrolysis and photometric analysis of Chondroitini Sulfas were studied and screened systemly. Then, the hydrolysized solution was analysized by acetyla cetone-p-dimethylamino benzaldehyde photometric process. Results showed that the hydrolytie optimum conditions were 3M HCl and to be heated 70-80min by boiling water. This analytical process had high measurement accuracy and simple operation, comparison with the old one, which can also save half time.
