汶川地震重灾区10县资源环境承载力研究

资源环境承载能力评价是国家汶川地震灾后恢复重建规划中的一项重要工作。本文提出了一种基于水资源、环境容量和土地资源的人口承载力评价方法，分析了汶川地震后资源环境的变化趋势，并对汶川地震重灾区10个县的资源环境承载力进行了计算。结果表明：在2010年之前的恢复重建期，10个县的人口合理规模为132.5－140万人；从2020年实现全面小康而言，这10个县资源环境所能支撑的合理人口规模为99.5-106.5万人。最后在分析原因的基础上探讨了缓解人地关系矛盾的对策,为重建规划提供了强有力的支撑，对提高规划、决策的科学性起到了重要的作用。
