| Abstract: | This paper presents the concept of universal information. The way of the universal information interreaction, and both quality and mathematical consid-eration of the infonnation field and the principle of suporposition of the strength of the information field are studied. Through the studing it shows that universal information interreaction between systems is carried into practice by information field. |
