摘    要:给出一种模拟进化型跨导滤波器的硬件结构,介绍了此进化型硬件的基本工作原理,提出了一种改进的自适应遗传算法,构造了适合滤波器参数进化的适应度函数,有效地解决了遗传算法的全局收敛性问题和收敛速度缓慢的弊病.在高Q值的状态变量跨导滤波器的设计中,采用级联法所构成的四阶状态变量跨导滤波器能够满足其在阻带、通带以及过渡带方面的性能要求.仿真结果显示进化的参数数值与理论结果符合得非常好.

Abstract:The hardware structure of an analogue evolvable trans-conductance filter is given,and its basic operation principle is introduced in this paper.An improved self-adaptive genetic algorithm is presented,and an evolution fitness function for filter parameter has been built which solves efficiently problem of global convergence and disadvantage of convergence slow speed.In the course of high Q value state variable trans-conductance filter designing,structure of four-order state variable trans-conductance filter is built by cascade method,which is able to meet performance request in its stop-band,passing band and transition band.The simulation results show that evolved parameter values coincide with theoretical values exceedingly.
