| 摘 要： | 分析测算了秀岭水库和西溪水库的可供水量、下游农业及环境需水量、近5年的生活和工业需水量.按照规划要求对未来生活和工业用水量预测,并通过联合供水条件下的水资源量供需平衡分析计算,肯定了水资源有偿转让使用的可行性,使工程发挥更大的效益.
