人机界面设计中的用户模型研究

用户模型是设计人机界面的主要依据,也是评价设计结果的主要评价标准。本文首先介绍了人机交互的基本流程,在深入研究用户认知特性的基础上,建立了用户知觉模型、认知模型、任务模型、出错模型和学习模型。基于五个基本模型的非理性用户模型的建立使得人机界面不仅能够通过认知因素来了解用户,也能够从非认知因素方面感知和理解用户。文章最后以实例论证了非理性用户模型在软件系统的应用。

Research on User Model for Human Machine Interface

User model is the main basis for design of human machine interface,and it is also the main standard for evaluating design result.This paper,first of all,introduces the basic process of human-computer interaction.And then studies user cognition characteristics and builts up user perception model,recognizing model,mission model,error model and learning model,which are the basis of irrational user model.Finally,it illustrates the application of user model in software system.
