一价Cu掺杂ZnS纳米晶光学性质影响因素分析

摘    要:利用亚硫酸钠作为还原剂对二价Cu离子的还原制备了一价Cu离子掺杂的ZnS纳米晶。透射电子显微镜观察结果表明所制备的样品的尺寸约为2.7nm,而X射线衍射的结果证明其为立方闪锌矿结构。利用紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱对样品的光学性质进行表征,发现随着Cu离子掺杂浓度的增加,ZnS∶Cu纳米晶的吸收边及紫外光激发下的荧光发射峰均发生了红移现象,且Cu离子浓度越高红移越显著。还原剂量调整的对照试验表明,还原剂过量将导致ZnS∶Cu纳米晶发光峰位的进一步红移。

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Monovalent Cu Doped ZnS Nanocrystal Optical Properties
Abstract:Introducing sodium sulfite as the reducing agent, monovalent Cu ion doped ZnS nanocrystals were prepared using the cupric compound as precursor. The transmission electron microscopy data exhibits that the size of the particles is about 2.7nm, and the X-ray diffraction patterns demonstrates that they are cubic zinc-blende structure. Ultravio-let-visible absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to characterize the optical properties of the samples. The results show that increasing the concentration of Cu ion lead red-shifts both in the absorption edge and the fluorescence peak when the samples were excitated under ultraviolet light. Higher doping concentration makes larger red shifts. Controlled experiments on the amount of the reducing agent were also carried. It was found that the posi-tions of the fluorescence peak will further red shift when the reducing agent is excess.
