一种智能视频监控系统架构方案设计

摘    要:针对传统视频监控系统主要为人工监控、事后取证,而且系统的架构设计比较单一,不能远程实时监控,没有对视频图像进行实时智能分析,无法对异常事件及时报警等问题,提出一套基于现有视频监控硬件实现自动智能分析及自动报警的智能视频监控系统解决方案。视频流解码模块增加缓冲机制,稳定了视频流的传输;数据处理单元利用硬件处理卡和多线程技术,集中管理了多种智能监控算法,提高了系统的吞吐量和性能;报警输出端支持多种消息传输机制,根据用户需求可以搭建不同的消息推送平台。根据所提出的架构方案,能够对现有监控系统进行升级改造,实现监控系统的智能化。

Abstract:An intelligent video surveillance system architecture program is put forward to solve the problems of tradition-al video surveillance system. These problems included manual monitoring and obtaining evidence after abnormal event happened,a relatively simple system architecture design,unintelligently analyzing video images in real time,untimely alarming when an abnormal event occurs. Based on the existing video surveillance hardware system,anomalies can be automatically analyzed in monitoring and an abnormal event occurs can be automatically alarmed. Stream decoding module increases the buffering mechanism and stabilizes the transmission of the video stream by the system architecture program. In the data processing unit,a variety of intelligent monitoring algorithms can be centrally managed to improve system throughput and performance by using hardware processing cards and multithreading technology. A variety of message transmission mechanism is supported by alarm output. A different message delivery platform can be built for different user needs. Therefore,according to the proposed architecture program,the existing monitoring system can be upgraded to achieve intelligent monitoring system.
