基于相移法的复杂表面物体体积测量系统

基于相移法测量原理建立了完整的物体体积测量系统。采用CMOS相机进行图像采集，使用相位差为π2的彩色编码光栅获取三维形貌，通过像素点面积乘以每点的高度，之后将每点对应的体积进行积分，从而得到物体的体积。使用LabVIEW软件作为开发平台进行数字图像处理，LabVIEW支持并行，提高了测量速度。图像处理采用中值滤波，并引入MATLAB软件进行辅助运算。实验结果表明，系统能快捷有效地实现三维形貌的获取，测量体积的相对精度在2.2%以内。

The Volume Measurement System of Complex Surface Object Based on Phase Shift

Establish a complete body volume measurement system based on the measurement principle of phase shift. We apply CMOS camera for image acquisition and use a color-coded grating, which has a phase difference of π/2, for acquiring three-dimensional morphology. Ultimately,we can acquire a volume of the object through multiplying ev-ery pixel area by the height of each pixel point, integrating the volume to which each point corresponds. We conduct digital image processing by using LabVIEW as a software development platform. Additionally,LabVIEW supports paral-lel data processing, thus improving the measurement speed. We use the median filter for image processing, which can be calculated by MATLAB. From the experimental results,the system can obtain the three-dimensional morphology ef-ficiently and effectively. The relative accuracy of the volume measurement is within 2.2%.
