| 摘 要： | 根据在役雷达装备使用过程中可靠性状况，分析了实施可靠性增长的必要性和可能性．通过收集装备使用过程的质量与可靠性信息，分析可靠性薄弱环节，提出改进措施对在役雷达装备进行可靠性增长，以提高其效能；制定在役雷达装备进行可靠性增长的途径和工作程序，明确了进行可靠性增长的方式和关键技术点．

| Abstract: | According to the reliability status in the process of employing radar equipment, the necessity and possibility of implementing the reliability growth was analyzed. The link of poor reliability was analyzed by collecting the quality and reliability information in the use of equipment. Improvement measures were proposed to implement the reliability growth of the equipment in service and improve the effectiveness of equipment. The approaches and procedure of implementing the reliability growth for radar equipment in service were established, and the ways and key techniques of doing them were determined. |
