ESFR自动喷水灭火系统在高架仓库中的应用试验

采用弗诺德模型,建立比例为1/2的大空间缩尺模型试验系统,开展高架仓库ESFR自动喷水灭火系统的火灾模型试验。自动喷水灭火系统方案为：在最高处高达16 m的高架仓库内,喷头采用快速响应早期抑制喷头（ES-FR喷头）,喷头设置距地面为12 m的位置,按间距3.0 m×2.9 m布置,喷头上安装直径为700 mm、中间最大高度为150 mm的圆锥形集热板。该方案基本上可以将该仓库内的火灾控制在三排货架的范围内,而不再向周围货架蔓延。

Experimental Studies on the ESFR Sprinkler System in High Rack Warehouse

Experiments on the ESFR sprinkler system in high rack warehouse adopted the Froude-number Model law and established a ratio of 1 / 2 of large space scale model test system.The result indicates that the automatic sprinkler system programs can basically control the warehouse fire within the scope of three rows of shelves,not to spread around the shelves.The programs are that the nozzle used early suppression fast response sprinkler,the sprinkler installed 12 m above ground for the location,by 3.0 m × 2.9 m spacing layout,sprinkler diameter installed on 700 mm,maximum height for the middle 150 mm conical collector plate in the highest for the elevated as high as 16 m warehouse.
