摘    要:校本课程开发不仅被认为是一种适应学生多样化发展需要的手段,也被看作是促进教师发展的有效手段。但在现实中,还存在若干妨碍校本课程开发真正成为促进教师发展有效手段的阻隔。这些阻隔不仅来自社会方面,也来自教师自身。通过一种系统的策略,通过社会和教师自身的联动,校本课程开发中的教师发展才可能真正实现。

Abstract:The development of school-based curricula is regarded not only as a means meeting the requirements of the all-round development of students but also as an effective means promoting the improvement of teachers.However,in the real society,there exist some obstacles which prevent the development of school-based curricula from becoming an effective way of teachers' development.These obstacles come from the society as well as teachers themselves.A systematic strategy will be needed to break through these obstacles.Only through the interaction between the society and teachers themselves can the improvement of teachers be realized in developing such curricula.
