| Abstract: | Enhancing staff training is an important way for enterprise to obtain high-quality talent, and improve its brand value. In this paper, through analysis to train staffs in the knowledge and skills, innovation, loyalty to duty, teamwork, and other aspects, it expounds the relationship of staff training and building of the core competencies. |
