| 摘 要： | 以新的《旅行社条例》及《旅行社条例实施细则》颁布为依据，分析重庆市旅行社现状及员工培训存在的不足；并借鉴国外旅行社员工培训的先进经验，结合我国旅行社的自身特点，提出加强重庆市旅行社员工培训的几点建议。

| Abstract: | Based on promulgation of new Regulations of Travel Agency and Implementation Rules of Travel Agency,this paper analyzes the status quo and the existent insufficiency of staff training in Chongqing travel agency.Learning from foreign advanced experience of staff training in travel agency and combined with the inherent characteristics of China's travel agencies,the paper put forward some suggestions on enhancing the staff training in Chongqing travel agencies. |
