| 摘 要： | 针对煤矿安全生产井下瓦斯抽排所使用水环式瓦斯抽放泵的水源介质供应问题,设计研究了基于PLC的断水监控保护装置,系统采用一只压力传感器、一只流量传感器构成开关量检测电路,经TTL智能模块开关量变送采集器,延时6 s输出控制信号驱动现场报警电路,同时输出信号控制瓦斯抽排电机运行。本系统可挂载在井下瓦斯监测通讯站的DCS通讯系统,实现可视化在线监控。
