| 摘 要： | C8051F单片机是完全集成的混合信号系统芯片（SoC），具有与8051指令集完全兼容的CIP-51内核和高速、高性能、高集成度等特点。在本文设计的无线温度监测系统中取得了较好的效果，系统的软件开发和硬件与上位机软件的集成测试表明，系统运行稳定可靠，取得了预期效果。

| Abstract: | C8051F MCU is a fully integrated mixed-signal system on Chip （SoC）, which has the CIP- 51 core fully compatible with the 8051 instruction set and the feature of high-speed, high-performance, high integration and so on. In this paper, C8051F MCU has achieved good result in the wireless temperature monitoring system desisned in this paper. The system software development and the hardware and soft- ware integration testing shows that the system operates stable and reliable, and has achieved expected results. |
